SOOO i finally used my Super One bag the other day and wanted to share my experience.....I am going to admit it..I felt a little weird and didn't really know how to carry the bag through the store....it was a little awkward and I saw people second glance at me...but I think it was a good second glance like thinking in their head..."Oh look at that girl..she is using a reusable bag. She's doing something good for the environment." Most of the second glances were from older people who didn't think college aged kids cared. WELL I DO! I also asked for the manager Dave to thank him but he wasn't there so I proceeded to thank the cashier at the counter I was at for working at a place that cared about our environment,who I have to say was really confused and awkward towards me(but hey who isn't?) SO....that is my awesome experience using my bag from Super One....I will be back folks.

hahahaha i love it katie! I always used to feel awkward carrying them through the store too, or i'd think that they thought i like stole it, but whatever! Just trying to do a good thing!

Katie- I love how youre entire experience was awkward. Using green bags is like starting to date in seventh grade...seriously. It is a whole new concept to learn!! --S

ReplyDeleteI totally felt the awkwardness carrying it around, and I thought people would just think I took it without paying for it too, but hey.. even if I did steal it, at least I'm being environmentally friendly! haha
